Journalling can be a really helpful way to clear your mind, make sense of things, and ease stress but knowing where to start can sometimes feel like the hardest part. Why not join our new five-week course where we'll look at a different theme each week, to get you started? There'll also be group discussions, where you can share ideas and explore simple ways to make positive changes in your everyday life.
