Description

This course focuses on fundamental IT User skills for routine activities, covering two key areas: Information Retrieval and IT Communication. Learners will master appropriate IT tools and techniques to effectively find, evaluate, and retrieve information from the Internet using browser software. Additionally, the course teaches how to send, receive, and exchange information using email and other IT-based communication systems.
