Looking to boost your energy, improve your sleep, and find simple ways to relax and unwind?

Join us for a friendly and supportive course exploring gentle movement and relaxation techniques to support your well-being.

Over four weeks, you will:

Explore easy ways to build movement into daily life
Learn relaxation techniques to reduce stress and tension
Improve confidence and motivation
Discover how movement can support mood, sleep, and wellbeing
Take part in gentle activities suitable for all abilities

This is not a fitness class or gym-based course. It's about helping you feel better physically and emotionally in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
